Mind and Soul

Mind and Soul

The mind and the soul are two invisible yet deeply powerful dimensions of human existence, and without understanding them, life feels incomplete, because the mind is the space where thoughts are born, emotions rise, desires form, memories settle, imaginations expand and decisions take shape, while the soul is the eternal essence that gives consciousness to the body and remains untouched by birth or death, carrying a pure and unchanging light at the center of our being, and therefore the relationship between mind and soul becomes the bridge that elevates a human being from ordinary living to a life filled with inner depth, clarity and spiritual meaning.

The mind is restless and constantly moving, jumping from one idea to another, shifting between past regrets and future worries, creating expectations, forming judgments, comparing itself with others, chasing desires and reacting to every small external stimulus, while the soul stays calm, silent, pure, steady and radiant beneath all the layers of mental noise, waiting for the mind to quiet down so that its light can be seen clearly.

When the mind becomes disturbed, the glow of the soul appears dim, but when the mind becomes peaceful, the radiance of the soul shines effortlessly, and this is why it is said that the mind is bondage and the mind is liberation, because the one who masters the mind naturally comes close to the truth of the soul.

The mind remains focused outward, trying to find happiness, achievement, validation, possessions, relationships and recognition, constantly running after things that change, weaken, disappear or fail to satisfy in the long run, while the soul continuously invites us to turn inward, to rest in silence, to experience truth, to dissolve fear and to recognize the eternal presence within that remains unaffected by circumstances.

The mind is ever-changing, unstable and unpredictable, where the same thing that brings joy one day may bring sorrow the next, demonstrating that the mind lives in fluctuations, but the soul is unchanging, untouched by fluctuations, always peaceful, always luminous and always centered, and the beginning of spiritual understanding lies in recognizing the instability of the mind and the timeless stillness of the soul.

Desires never end for the mind, because once one desire is fulfilled another arises immediately, forcing the mind into a continuous cycle of longing, pursuit and exhaustion, but the soul resides beyond all desires, beyond all attachments and beyond all cravings, existing in a state of fullness where nothing is lacking and nothing needs to be added.

The mind reacts based on external influences, judging everything by dualities such as good or bad, big or small, success or failure, pleasure or pain, while the soul sees beyond duality, recognizing the same divine spark in every living being and experiencing a unity that the mind cannot comprehend.

Whenever the mind feels hurt, broken or confused, the entire world appears dark, but the soul remains untouched even in the deepest sorrow, supporting the mind with inner strength, healing, clarity and resilience, and therefore when we connect with the soul, even life’s greatest pains begin to feel lighter and more manageable.

The mind thinks and the soul knows; the mind imagines and the soul experiences; the mind is connected to the body, while the soul is connected to the infinite; the mind is born with the body and dies with the body, but the soul continues to exist, eternal and limitless, and therefore the mind must be trained, cleansed and disciplined, but the soul must simply be recognized.

The mind often creates illusions—such as believing that our thoughts are the truth or that our fears define reality—but the soul reveals actual truth, which is beyond thought, beyond emotion and beyond imagination; the mind exists within time, constantly revisiting the past and projecting into the future, but the soul exists in the timeless present.

When the mind contradicts the soul, the person feels inner conflict, restlessness and confusion, sensing that something is misaligned within, but when the mind begins to follow the direction of the soul, a deep sense of harmony, clarity, peace and confidence begins to appear naturally in life.

The alignment of mind and soul arises when a person turns inward, sits in silence, observes the breath, watches thoughts without attachment, listens to the subtle inner voice and slowly settles into the depth of consciousness, because the soul is the silent stillness beneath the surface waves of the mind.

When the mind becomes tired, the soul offers strength; when the mind becomes fearful, the soul provides courage; when the mind becomes confused, the soul lights the path; when the mind feels lonely, the soul reminds us of our eternal connection to all existence.

The relationship between mind and soul can be compared to a lamp and its flame, where the body is the outer lamp, the mind is the oil and the soul is the flame; if the oil is impure, the flame burns weakly and flickers constantly, but if the oil becomes clean and steady, the flame rises bright, stable and beautiful.

The mind becomes quiet through meditation, because meditation gradually slows down the stream of thoughts and brings the mind back to its natural state of clarity; the mind becomes pure through silence, because in silence the inner voice of the soul is heard more clearly; and the mind becomes compassionate through service, because in service the ego dissolves and the heart opens.

When the mind drifts away from the soul, life feels directionless, heavy, stressful and fragile, but when the mind connects with the soul, life begins to feel meaningful, grounded, peaceful and joyful without depending on external achievements or possessions.

Most modern problems—stress, anxiety, fear, depression, lack of satisfaction and emotional instability—arise not from the soul but from the mind, because the soul is always peaceful, always complete and always shining, while the mind becomes troubled due to expectations, comparisons, fears and unending desires.

The mind wants to change the world, but the soul asks us to change ourselves; the mind seeks happiness outside, but the soul reveals happiness within; the mind collects experiences, but the soul transcends experiences; the mind clings to objects, but the soul remains free.

To build harmony between mind and soul is to understand the real essence of spirituality, and this harmony develops when thoughts become disciplined, emotions become pure, actions become mindful, intentions become selfless and life becomes centered on truth and inner awareness.

Feelings and thoughts run through your mind at the end of your journey? at the end of the journey, the mind wanders continuously in search of peace and tranquility

Mind about body and sprit for super conscious mind

Essay on Coordination between Mind, Body and Spirit

The outer form of the soul is the mind. The inner nature of the mind is the soul. The body is the garment of the soul. At the end of its time, the soul takes on another body. The body is made up of a mixture of five elements. Soil, water, fire, air and sky are the 5 elements of the body. The abode of the soul is in the fourth element, the air element. By inhaling oxygen positive energy gets to the soul and by exhaling carbon dioxide negative energy comes out.

If the nature of the mind is external,

Then the action of the world is affected by the mind. Due to which happiness and sorrow arise. This is called a disturbed mind. When the mind is calm, the mind becomes internally in the soul, that is, in itself. Often in sleep the mind is inside, so nothing is known due to lack of awareness of the outside world. Then the mind becomes completely calm.

Spirit is violet energy. There is a light. Which has many colours.

The positive light is the light. Negative light is the dark color pouring art. Also there is the set and color of the soul. The red color symbolizes the earth element. Orange color is the symbol of water element. Yellow color symbolizes the element of fire. Green color is the symbol of air element. The dark green color symbolizes the sky element. Blue color symbolizes the soul. Violet color is a symbol of God. In the outer world the soul resides in the sense of the mind. In the inner world the soul is in the self or in the divine. Where he builds himself in contact with the divine. By staying in the five elements, the sense of self decreases. Living in the inner mind creates a sense of self. From where one contacts with the outside world or God.

What feelings and thoughts run through your mind at the end of your journey?

At the end of the journey, the mind wanders continuously in search of peace and tranquility. Just as childhood is innocuous, old age is also a conscious childhood. In search of peace, the mind starts sacrificing every one of its buildings. Whether the wish is fulfilled or not does not make any difference. The mind still generates desire, but the mind itself inspires to live in the worldly world. As long as there is a feeling of the mind, the final journey cannot even begin. Whenever it seems that the soul's time is getting fulfilled, then the mind generates desire to stay in the worldly sense so that the soul stays. Desire is also a worldly feeling. When the real time is over, the mind renounces its every emotion. In the end, after ending attachment with the body, he goes to the world from where he had come. Then the body of the five elements starts deteriorating. Then the last rites are performed by the relatives according to the customs. Prayers are offered by the relatives for the peace of the soul of the deceased. After death, only the self-light goes, the mind, living in this world, fulfills or ends one of its objectives, for which purpose it comes to acquire knowledge in this world. After acquiring knowledge, one merges in the world. Its effect goes to the soul. Then he takes birth again and walks on the path of new knowledge. The soul comes into the world only to gain knowledge.

How many months are required to get super conscious mind?

There is no such scheduling. It takes 21 days in a regular manner. For this, it is necessary to have a true guide with you. Never try yourself through the book of knowledge. This happens only by following the right path given by the Priest. The super conscious mind is not for the worldly man. There is a super conscious mind for the purpose of welfare of the world and the welfare of others.
